To register your artwork for display at Fleisher's Jewelers, you must submit the following form [Note:  at this venue, HCAA Members may exhibit no more than one item.]  (asterisks [*] mark mandatory items):

1. HCAA does not insure artwork on loan for exhibit; it is the artist’s/member’s liability.

2. While every effort will be made to protect artwork, Hyattsville Community Arts Alliance and Fleisher's Jewelers are not responsible for damage to or loss of artwork. Sales will be encouraged unless marked "Not For Sale."

3. All artwork must be framed, ready to hang (all wired hardware fastened) and identified by artist, title, medium and price on the reverse side of the work.

4. The HCAA Hanging Committee reserves the right not to hang artwork it deems inappropriate for the venue.

5. We accept entries beginning at 10:00 A.M. sharp; previous artwork must be picked up no later than 10:45 A.M. on the day the next exhibition is hung. Artists must make their own arrangements for pick up if they cannot attend in person.

6. A commission of 15% will be collected by HCAA on any sales of artwork at Fleisher’s Jewelers.

7. HCAA reserves the right to photograph works for publicity purposes.
