To register your artwork for display at Prince George's Plaza Community Center (PGPCC), you must submit the following form [Note: at this venue, HCAA Members may exhibit a maximum of two items.] (asterisks [*] mark mandatory items):

TERMS ACCEPTED BY ARTIST:

1. HCAA does not insure artwork on loan for exhibit; it is the artist’s/member’s liability.
2. While every effort will be made to protect artwork, Hyattsville Community Arts Alliance and Prince George's Plaza Community Center are not responsible for damage to or loss of artwork.
3. All artwork must be framed, ready to hang (all wired hardware fastened) and identified by artist, title, medium and price on the reverse side of the work.
4. The HCAA Hanging Committee reserves the right not to hang artwork it deems inappropriate for the venue.
5. We accept entries beginning at 9 A.M. sharp; previous artwork must be picked up no later than 10 A.M. on the day the next exhibition is hung. Artists must make their own arrangements for pick up if they cannot attend in person.
6. A commission of 15% will be collected by HCAA on any sales of artwork at PGPCC.
7. HCAA reserves the right to photograph works for publicity purposes.

NEW POLICY:

It is imperative that items from the previous exhibit be claimed by the artist at the time noted in paragraph 5 above. Items not claimed at that time will be removed and stored by HCAA volunteers as part of the Install of the next exhibit. Any of those items that have not been claimed within 30 days of the end of an exhibit will become the property of HCAA for sale or disposal, as appropriate.
